Sweet Shot Tuesday

Last week we went to the Mystic Aquarium with Auntie and Uncle and Aunt Judy.  I haven't gotten around to posting Mr. No's trip but here are my favorite creatures from the day...the jellyfish!

Leap Into Spring Challenge: Grass/Green

It's been so rainy lately (after months of lovely weather), so I really don't have much for green photos.  We did planted quite a few seeds outside and went to check on them this week. We were super excited to find that our carrots started growing! So here are our cute little green carrots and a little bit of grass growing nearby.

Simple Things Sunday: Mud Soup

Friday afternoons and evenings are Momma and Mr. No time.  We planted some seed the other week and decided to check on them now that the rain had stopped.  Once we were out there, I realized that Mr. No has never played with mud or made a mud pie!  Up until recently, he hated his hands getting dirty so I didn't even broach the subject with him.  I'll never forget the way his eyes lit up when I said he could go ahead and make a mess.  He asked Really?  Are you teasing me? about 5 times and I had to actually start the mud for him for him to believe me.  Even when he really got into it, I've never seen a child play with mud so neatly.

 After an hour an a half of mud play, with no washing up, this is how clean he still was!

Flashback Friday: Salem

These are from one of our day trips to Salem.  We'd just walk around, enjoy the ocean air and usually stop for an ice cream.  Mr. No was only about 8 months old and so cute and chubby!
