Leap into Spring Challenge: Easter

Easter challenge is easy since Mr. No is lucky enough to have 2 egg hunts every year on Easter Sunday.    His first hunt is always at home and in his pjs.  Easter bunny barely had time to hide all the eggs this year Mr. No was up so early!  We all needed coffee to get through that one!

Hunt #2 is at Nana and pop's house in his Easter outfit and with whatever family shows up before he can no longer contain his excitement and bursts out the door to hunt the eggs.

It wouldn't be Easter without family! And Mr. No is a snuggler!  Sometimes too much of a snuggler...

Flashback Friday

Just a couple random Mr. No photos that I found floating around in a folder they shouldn't be in.  One of our many trips to Moore State park when Mr. No was barely big enough to sit on his own.  I love the second photo so much it's an 8x10 on our bedroom wall!

Fancy Dancy Lunches

i just realized tonight that I haven't taken any photos this week.  My camera and I are not on good terms right now. Completely my fault, of course, so it's been waiting patiently on the shelf for me to get over myself and fix whatever issues I've been having lately.  It did get to come out and play only once and that was just to snap a quick pic (or 3) of one of Mr. No's fancy lunches this week.  I had to resort to fancy lunches about a year ago when Mr. No decided that food was not necessary for survival...even pb&j and mac-a-cheese was ignored.  I disagreed and, after fighting, begging and even bribing (to no avail), I found the idea to make whatever meals I could cute.  He now realizes that food is important and there are fewer struggles but he still likes his lunches to be "fancy dancy", which are his words not mine.   So this week we had a little animal parade on a plate for lunch.

 Just a simple pb&j with cheese animals, grape and grape tomato stones and jellybeans but he was so happy. 

 And of course he went for the jellybeans first...

I need to attempt to get my camera out this week.  Maybe something good will come out of it but, looking at what I've been taking lately, I'm not holding my breath.

Simple Things Sunday

Even with the fun and craziness of Easter, my favorite memory this week was taking photos with Mr. No at the zoo.  My little shutterbug snapped over 300 photos!  Most of them were in the car since once we got to the zoo he was too excited to remember to take pictures.  So here's Mr. No snapping some pictures of the bear:
