Quarterly Top 5 Photos : Quarter 3

I can't believe it's almost October! Not too hard to pick 5 this time, though. Mr. No is now in his 2nd year of preschool. :( He's changed so much over the summer.  He's gotten so brave.  He's been trying things he never would have done before such as climbing the ladders in the apple orchard to pick apples from the very top.  He's still sweet, snuggly, crazy and sassmouthed, though.

1.  Mr. No the Cute.  Love how it shows how sweet our little man is.

2. Because it shows him trying new things.  We used to have to beg and plead for him to try  anything new.  Now, as long as it seems safe enough to him, he'll give most things a whirl.

3.  I chose this one because he's so proud of himself riding a big boy bike (with training wheels).  I love those rare moments when he realizes that he can do anything as long as he tries.

 4.  I love my silly little helper.  He loves loves loves melon balls and now can even make them for himself!  And anyone who's scooped out a cantaloupe knows how long that takes.

 5.  This one is actually my favorite because it is just me and Mr. No snuggling together.  He's such a cuddly bear and I dread the day that is going to end.

Quarterly Top 5 Photos : Quarter 2

This year is going by so quickly!  I can't believe it's already summer and already time for the next quarter of photos.  All of these have been posted before since they are my favorites.

1. Love it because it's just the perfect Mr. No expression!

2. Because Mr. No went from being a little afraid of most of the animals to boldly going up to any animal and feeding them this year.

3. Because he loves this photo of himself with the lemur and it was such a cute moment to capture.

4. It's an adorable, candid Daddy and son moment where they're just enjoying each other's company on the carousel.

5. Because I love those eyes and that cute little expression

Quarterly Top 5 Photos

Click.Pray.Love.

I both love and hate this!  I love going through and looking at how Mr. No has changed in the past 3 months but hate trying to narrow it down to just 5 favorite photos of him.  I think it's more that I am absolutely terrible at decisions of any kind than that I truly love so many.  Though, I can't believe how old he is now and how old he looks!  No more baby No left any more.  Anyhoo, here are my top 5 photos of Mr. No in chronological order:

Mr. No's Valentine's Day card photo. I love it because it cracks me up. And it was one of the few times I could actually get him to sit still and pose for me!

I love how he's so serious about his counting! And it's reminder of how I love our lazy days together.  He's counting animals in the cars while we were playing the cars and trucks cars game together.  He won, as usual.

Had to include a photo of the No's having fun together! He loves his friend Noodle so much! It's crazy how she's a year older and he's a head taller.

I just love how cool he looks with the glow sticks.  If anyone hasn't tried it, go to the dollar tree, get 3 packs of the glow stick (not bracelets or necklaces), snap 'em and toss them in the bath. Turn out the lights for extra wonderful bath time fun!  I seriously want to take a bath like this myself!

It wouldn't be a top 5 of Mr. No if there wasn't a puddle jumping photo!  One of his absolute favorite activities is puddle jumping and we still have the black and red firefighter boots!   He has almost outgrown them so we are on a search for another pair!

September Top 5 Quartely Link Up

This time I chose photos that most capture Mr. No's personality rather than what I thought were my best photos of him. He's happy, silly and full of crazy...I mean, energy...and I think these photos show that pretty well.

Mr. No in his box car that we have yet to finish.  I really have to get moving on that.  It's going to be super cute but the move kind of ended construction on it.  Of course, it can't just have some marker headlights and a door cut out.  It has to have a windshield and funky paper all over and a steering wheel and dragon flannel carpet to sit on...

Mr. No sitting in the water almost up to his neck.  This is the kid who will not even put a toe in the ocean and screams at me for sitting in a tidal pool and he's sitting in the lake that we had to drag him out of.

Playing in the fog at the Science museum and just being Mr. Silly No.  I believe he was superhero flying.

Mr. No proudly posing with his buddy dragonfly (you can just barely see his head on the top of the stick).  Our new home has tons of wonderful dragonflies and Mr. No is beyond thrilled!

Last is Mr. No the Olympic puddle jumper!  If there is a puddle, anywhere, Mr. No has to jump in it.  He cannot resist the lure of the puddle.  Luckily we have rain boots and a rain coat for just such an occasion.
